Caregiver

Fulfilled by making a difference or advocating for others .  Motivated to provide service or support. Gifted with compassion.  Focused on human potential and development.  Dedicated, helpful, responsive to need.

Magician

Fulfilled by seeing a vision or transformation realized.  Motivated to effect change.  Gifted with big picture thinking.   Focused on possibility and next steps.  Intuitive, inspiring, flexible.

Innocent

Fulfilled by sharing belief systems.  Motivated by living their values.  Gifted with idealism.  Focused on meaning.  Optimistic, loyal, perseverant.

Explorer

Fulfilled by seeking new approaches and perspectives.  Motivated to follow unique paths.  Gifted with a growth mindset.  Focused on experience and discovery.  Independent, authentic, trail blazing.

Fulfilled by achieving goals.  Motivated by rising to challenges.  Gifted with energy and determination.  Focused on action.  Disciplined, productive, mission driven.

Lover

Fulfilled by building relationships.  Motivated to make connections.  Gifted with emotional intelligence.  Focused on shared commitment.  Appreciative, enthusiastic, whole hearted.

Everyperson

Fulfilled by helping others belong and solving group problems.  Motivated to build community.  Gifted with empathy.  Focused on fairness and solidarity.  Resilient, friendly, discerning.

Jester
